HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

Based on the scope of the work to be performed as agreed in the previous meeting, Ricardo Costa Arquitetura sends a commercial proposal with the values and parameters necessary to carry out the work.

SUBMISSION OF COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL

Depending on the nature of the scope, a different number of alignment meetings may be required until final approval by the client. Generally, in our contracts, the project is redesigned until final approval by the client, free of charge, as long as it is within the same initial scope.

Depending on the scope, the delivery may have different elements. The project is included in the portfolio and/or other scopes are free to start. Ex. Construction, consulting, etc...

PROPOSAL APPROVAL

In this first meeting, the client(s) contact the office to be interviewed by the Architect and then we can establish the following parameters:
1-the limits of the scope in which Ricardo Costa Arquitetura will operate;
2-the presentation needs of this material;
3-term;
4-involvement of possible third parties;
5-who will serve as a contact point, if there is more than one client involved in the same project.

At this meeting, the client(s) are interviewed by the Architect to align expectations regarding the project, references, languages and technical definitions. At this stage, a documentary survey and/or As-Built are also carried out, if hired.

Once the client's approval is received, the residual execution drawings and other documents required in the proposal are generated. It is no longer possible to change the project from this stage onwards.
